水稻、生猪和柑橘作为江西三大战略农产品,有其发展的资源优势,但与国内外发展现状相比,仍存在一定差距。因此,要继续发挥其战略性作用,必须从科技创新角度找到国内外战略农产品快速发展的原因,立足省情国情,进行合理定位,为今后战略农产品发展提供更完善的科技创新改革思路。
