Problems and Countermeasures in Housing Construction in Rural Areas——Based on the Analysis of a Questionnaire Survey in Hebei Province

住房建设作为与农民生活息息相关的重要方面,随着经济的持续发展也实现了越来越快的发展。但是在农村建房热的过程中也出现一些不容忽视的问题,如设计、规划不合理等等,这就需要找出各种问题存在的原因以及解决对策,从而促进农村住房建设取得"量"的增加的同时注重"质"的提高。

Housing construction, as an important aspect related to farmer＇s life, along with the economy＇s development, has achieved more and more quickly development. However, in the course of heat housing, there are some issues, such as the unreasonable problems of design and planning and so on. This requires identifying the causes of problems and solutions so as to promote the ＂quantity＂ of housing constructions as well as pay attention to the increase in improvement of ＂quality＂.
