The Design and Application of Farmland Quality Indicator System Based on PSR Frame Work

摘要 为了对农用地质量进行全面、精确地评价,实现农用地的可持续利用,本文以北京市平谷区为例,引入"压力-状态-响应(Press-State-Response,PSR)"框架构建农用地质量指标体系,并在ArcGIS软件支持下进行农用地综合质量评价。分析发现东北部和中部山前地带自然状态质量最高,压力相对较小,响应措施得当,农用地综合质量高,有利于农用地持续利用;南部和东部平原区自然状态质量较高,但由于压力过大,响应水平不高,不利于农用地持续利用;北部山区压力较小,但状态质量和投入水平都较低,需采取有效的响应措施以改善农用地综合质量。 It is necessary for sustainable utilization of farmland to integrate and accurately evaluate the farmland quality. This paper established a farmland quality indicator system based on the PSR (Press-State-Response) frame work in Pinggu district of Belling as a representative region. The indicator system was applied to assess the farmland quality and it's spatial variability was analyzed supporting by the ArcGIS software. The farmland was in high quality in the northeast and central region of Pinggu district due to the best natural state quality, comparative less press and appropriate response measures. The farmland quality in the southern and east plain area was poor due to the comparative higher press and improper response measures, though the state quality was high. The farmland in the northern mountainous area was in low quality because both the state quality and input level were low. The effective response measures were needed to improve the farmland quality in northern area.
