摘要
采用循环伏安法和线性伏安法研究了噻吩和硒化镉在ITO/TiO2电极上的电化学沉积与光电性能,对聚合物薄膜进行了红外、紫外、XRD等结构表征。复合膜用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观测其形貌特征,发现呈现球状颗粒结构。以聚噻吩/硒化镉/TiO2复合膜为工作电极,铂电极为对电极,制成太阳能电池模型,测试了器件的光伏性能,讨论了在偏压下的电子传输机理。结果显示复合电极有明显的光伏特性,表明聚噻吩/硒化镉是一种具有很好光敏性能的太阳能电极材料。
The electrochemical deposition of thiophene and CdSe successwely on ITO by cyclovottammetry was carfled out to study the influence of conditions on the preparation and photophysieal performance of poly (thiophene) (PTh) and CdSe. The obtained polymer was characterized by FT-IR, UV-vis spectroscopy. The morphology was observed by electronic scanning microscope (SEM) which showing grain shape. Finally solar cell which was composed of polymer/CdSe/TiO2 composite film used as working electrode, Pt used as counter electrode was made to test the performance and mechanism of photogenerated electron. The results showed that TiO2 electrode modified by composite film had good response on irradiation representing that the PTh/CdSe was potential structure in solar cell.
