循环流化床锅炉再热器堵灰爆管的分析与对策

Analysis on Reheater Tube Burst due to Ash Plug of CFB Boiler

锅炉爆管因其影响范围大,严重威胁电厂的安全生产。循环流化床锅炉因为磨损严重,爆管现象较一般煤粉炉多见。由于再热器管内多处严重堵灰所导致的反复爆管是再热器爆管泄漏问题的典型代表,集中体现了循环流化床锅炉的流化燃烧和炉内脱硫所带来的锅炉运行特性和检修特性,对于循环流化床锅炉的事故处理和运行及检修有普遍的借鉴意义。

Tube burst happens more frequently on fluidized bed boiler due to abrasion. A series of tube bursts happened on the same part of reheater due to abrasion and ash plug reveals the characteristics of operation and reparation of fluidized bed boiler. Analysis on the formation of the ash plug is given.
