摘要
研发了一套电站化学水处理仿真系统,设计并制造了化学水处理系统仿真模型,应用MC9S12D系列单片机、IIC总线及CAN总线技术开发控制板控制虚拟设备,为连接PLC预留了通信接口。在建立气动执行器数学模型的基础上,通过上位机进行设备的状态配置实现故障仿真,由PLC控制系统实现全程顺控。开发化学水处理系统的仿真软件,具备单片机的控制功能和上位机的配置功能,仿真软件可以由留有的接口进一步开发应用。
A chemical water treatment simulation system in Power Plant is developed. The Freescale's microcontroller MC9S12D, IIC and CAN bus technology are utilized to develop circuit board to control virtual devices. The interface for PLC is reserved in circuit board. It also simulates various statuses of instruments in water treatment system. The mathematical model of pneumatic actuators is made in this dissertation for failure states simulation. The simulation model can be controlled by PLC, and the fault status can be configured by host computer. The software is designed and developed in this article. It includes the function of microcontroller and the configuration. The software can be developed to apply to practical operations by interface left.
