喹烯酮在建鲤和斑点叉尾鮰体内的残留消除规律研究 被引量:12

摘要 以含喹烯酮75mg/kg的饲料,在池塘中饲喂建鲤(Cyprinus carpiovar.jian)和斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)60d,研究饲养条件下喹烯酮及其代谢物脱二氧喹烯酮在这2种鱼体内的残留。结果表明,喹烯酮平均回收率为75.4%~80.5%,脱二氧喹烯酮平均回收率为74.5%~79.1%,喹烯酮和脱二氧喹烯酮的检测限分别为7.35和16.23μg/kg。在饲喂结束后1~15d采集的建鲤和斑点叉尾鮰肌肉样品中均未检测到喹烯酮及脱二氧喹烯酮。因停药1d后鱼体肌肉中喹烯酮及其代谢物浓度均低于计算所得的安全浓度,故喹烯酮用在水产养殖上是安全的。 A residue deleption of quinocetone was conducted in jian carp ( Cyprinus carpio var. jian) and channel catfish (lctalurus punctatus) under feeding condtion. After feeding with feed containing 75 mg/kg quinocetone for 60 consecutive days. jian carp ( Cyprinus carpio var. jian) and channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) were killed and musucle with skin were collected. The results showed that the recovery of quinocetone was from 75.4% - 80. 5% and the recovery of desoxyquinocetone was from 74.5% -79.1%. The detection limits for quinocetone and desoxyquinocetone in muscule were 7.35 μg/kg and 16.23 μg/kg respectively. Quinocetone and desoxyquinocetone were not detected in collected samples. The concentration of Quinocetone and desoxyquinocetone in muscule samples were less than STC (safe tissue concentration) by computed. So quinocetone is very safe in aquaculture.
