摘要
提出了利用逆向工程技术测量形状不规则的大型物料堆质量的方法。该方法通过多次测量获取物料堆表面的点云数据,将对多视点云数据拼合后进行三维重建,在得到物料堆表面数据后便可定量计算其体积。取样测量物料堆样品的容重,由物料堆体积和其容重便可以得到物料堆的质量。通过对大米堆进行试验证明,其测量误差小于1%,适用于测量煤堆、矿石堆和其它大型物料堆的质量。
This paper proposes a reverse-engineering-based method for mass measurement of large material stack with irregular shape. Through repeated measurements, the multiview point cloud data of material stack surface can be obtained and the 3D surface model can be reconstructed after point cloud data registration. The volume of the stack can be calculated through image acquisition, data analysis and 3D reconstruction. After measuring density of material stack samples, the mass can be calculated through the volume and density of the material stack. The experiments of rice stack shows that the measuring error of the system is lower than 1%. It is suitable for the mass measurement of coal stacks, mineral stacks and other material stacks as well.
