摘要
介绍了一个涵盖水源井、水厂、调度室和远程用户的多级矿区供水集控系统的设计,并将它纳入矿区整个信息化的建设,建立了统一的数据传输平台和操作平台。采用BP神经网络对管网压力进行预测,将其输出值与经过PID运算的实测压力值做比较,进而驱动变频器对供水过程进行自动调度,提高了供水的安全性、稳定性和效率。
In this paper, a multi-level mining water supply monitoring system is designed, which covers every water well, water factory, contfol center and remote users. The system is taken, into account as a part of the whole informatization process, so a uniform data transfer platform and operation platform are established to support the rest digital systems in the future. The pressure of water supply pipe network is predicated through BP neural networks, the output values are compared with that of the actual measured from pipe network and computed by PID module of PLC, and then the transducer can schedule the supply process automatically. Its safety, stability and efficiency are increased greatly.
