分析了徐州矿务集团有限公司权台煤矿伤亡事故的原因,通过采取人才强企战略和管理人才培养工程、高技能技术工人培养工程,建立异地办矿培训联系点制度等一系列综合措施,减少了安全事故,促进了企业的安全生产和发展。
The cause of casualty accident occurred in Quantai Coal Aline of Xuzhou Mine Administration Group Co., Ltd. is analyzed. Through a series of comprehensive measures such as the talent strategy for thriving enterprise, the training project of management talents, and establishing the institution of training connection point for mining operation, the safety accidents are decreased, the safety production and development of enterprise are promoted.
