基于产品回收吸引力指数的逆向物流渠道分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章定量分析了三种产品销售和回收模式。不同成员回收旧产品的成本不同,因此旧产品回收工作对成员的吸引力不同,因此我们引入产品回收吸引力指数进行分析、比较。分析表明:(1)当供应链成员旧产品回收吸引力指数不同时,应该权衡指数的关系,在模式M和R中选择合适的渠道模式。(2)当供应链成员旧产品回收吸引力指数相同时,相对于生产商回收模式,零售商回收模式能赢得更多的市场需求和利润。直接面对消费者销售和回收产品模式是最优模式。
