川西北高原不同野生垂穗披碱草种群穗部形态研究

Study on ear Characters of Elymus nutans Griseb. in the northwestern plateau of sichuan province

对分布于川西北高原的12个垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb.)种群的15个穗部形态性状进行了研究.多样性指数分析表明,12个种群穗部形态学性状上具有丰富的遗传多样性(H′=1.868),且遗传多样性主要集中在种群内部(71.91%)大于种群间遗传变异(28.09%);聚类分析把12种群的材料聚为4类;主成分分析表明小稳宽、小穗长、外稃长、内稃长、穗长、单稳重和穗节数是造成12个种群垂稳披碱草稳部特征差异的主要因素.

Shannon-weaver index analysis of variation in 15 ear characteristics of 12 populations of Elymus nutans Griseb. showed that there was an abundant genetic diversity （H′ = 1. 86748） among these Elymus nutans Griseb. populations in ear characteristics. The genetic variation within populations （71. 91%） was greater than that between populations （28.09 %）. Cluster analysis showed that the 12 populations could be categorized into 4 groups. Principle component analysis indicated that 7 of the characters measured（spikelet width, spikelet length, lemma length, palea length, ear length, weigth single ear, ear pitch number） were the main sources of ear variation of the 12 Elyrnus nutans Griseb. populations.
