黑曲霉菌浸出蛇纹石尾矿中钴和镍的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用黑曲霉菌浸出蛇纹石尾矿中钴和镍的实验显示出明显的浸出效果,实验中将黑曲霉菌加入含有蛇纹石尾矿粉体的培养液5 d后,对培养液中pH值以及Mg,Co,Ni等的含量变化分别进行测试:pH由7.60降到4.20后,SEM分析得出有菌体-矿物复合体形成;Mg浓度是未加细菌的浸出液中的2.25倍,Co浓度是未加细菌的浸出液中的3.39倍,Ni的浓度是未加细菌的浸出液中的2.38倍;FTIR分析得出600 cm-1,1 100cm-1,3 690 cm-13处谱峰明显下降,反映了还有镁等金属元素的浸出。此实验证实该方法可以作为对于蛇纹石尾矿中金属元素的再利用一种有效手段,进而也达到对金属元素污染的治理。 This paper studied the leaching of cobalt and nickel from tail-serpentine by Aspergillus niger. The changes of pH value and Mg,Co,Ni et al. in the culture liquid of Aspergillus niger cultured with tail-serpentine after 5 d was analyzed. Results showed that after the bacteria added, pH value decreased from 7.60 to 4.20 significantly. It was suggested that cell-minerals complexes were formed on mineral surface by SEM. The concentration of magnesium in the culture liquid was 2.25 times of that before solution,cobalt reached 3.39 times,and nickel reached 2.38 times. Meanwhile,three apices in the FTIR of tail-serpentine (600 cm^-1, 1 100 cm^-1, 3 690 cm^-1 )descended obviously after the action of Aspergillus niger,indicating that a great deal of Mg has been dissolved out.
