摘要
本文对影响棉花愈伤组织发生和分化的主要原因进行了研究。指出植株再生的最隹程序是:下胚轴切段在用Gelritel固化的MS+2.4-D0.05mg/L+kt0.1mg/l诱导培养基上诱导产生愈伤组织:灰白色,半透明的松愈伤组织在附加kt0.05kg/l的MS液体培养基里诱导分化产生球形胚和胚性愈伤组织;悬浮培养物在无激素的MS固体碚基上诱导胚的萌发,并于SH培养基上生根成苗。
The main factors influncing callus initiation and differentiation in cotton tissue and cell culture were studied , on which the best procedure for plant regeneration were obtained. 1. The callus formed from hypocotyls cultured on MS+2.4-D0.05mg/1+KT0.1 mg/1, which was solidified with Gelrite.2. Friable grayish callus was induced to form pro-embryos and embroigenic callus in suspension culture with MS+2.4-D0.05mg/L.3. Embryoids from suspensions were induced to germinate on MS free of hormone, which further developed into plantlets on SH medium.
