真武汤加减联合西药治疗老年糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical observation of Zhenwu decoction combined with chemical drugs for treatment of eldly diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨在西医治疗的基础上联合真武汤加减治疗老年糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规西药治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服真武汤加减中药汤剂,常规观察临床症状、肾功、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血液黏度变化的基础上重点观察24h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为90%,显著高于对照组的57.5%(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加减联合西药治疗老年糖尿病肾病疗效可靠。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with chemical drugs for treatment of eldly diabetic nephropathy. METHODS 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups. All the patients were given with routine chemical drugs and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhenwu decoction.Clinical symptum, renal function, serum glucose, glycosylate heamoglobinA1 c, blood fat, blood viscosity and twenty-four hours＇ urinary protein content were determined before and after the treatment. RESULTS The total efficiency of treatment group was 90 percent,was significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Zhenwu decoction combined with chemical drugs is reliable for treatment of patients with eldly diabetic nephropathy.
