摘要
目的:探讨红景天提取物对油酸致豚鼠急性肺损伤的预防作用,并研究其作用机制。方法:给豚鼠静脉注射油酸制造急性肺损伤动物模型。12只豚鼠随机分为血气-油酸对照组(BOA)和血气-红景天治疗组(BTR),用于观察红景天提取物对油酸致急性肺损伤低氧血症的影响。30只豚鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组(NS组)、油酸对照组(OA组)、红景天提取物治疗组(TR组),用于观察红景天提取物对油酸致急性肺损伤肺血管通透性的变化。30只豚鼠随机分为NS组、OA组、TR组,测定肺组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:动脉血气测定结果显示,BTR组与BOA组相比较,血气指标中PaO2明显增高(P<0.01),两组PaCO2及pH差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。肺毛细血管通透性比较结果显示,近位细支气管中伊文思蓝含量OA组与NS组之间(P<0.05)、OA组与TR组之间(P<0.01)差异具有显著性;在远位系支气管中伊文思蓝含量OA组与NS组(P<0.05)、OA组与TR组(P<0.05)差异具有显著性。检测肺组织中MDA含量结果显示,OA组明显高于NS组(P<0.01),TR组明显低于OA组(P<0.01);肺组织中SOD活性测定结果显示,OA组的活性显著低于NS组(P<0.01),TR组明显高于OA组(P<0.01),但是低于NS组(P<0.01)。结论:红景天提取物对油酸致豚鼠急性肺损伤具有显著的预防作用,其机制很可能是红景天的抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preventive effect of Rhodiola rosea L on oleic acid-induced acute respiratory distress syndrorne(ARDS) and the mechanism of its action. METHODS 12 guinea-pigs were divided into blood gas-oleic acid control group(BOA) and blood gas-Rhodiola rosea L treatment group(BTR) to observe the influence of Rhodiola rosea L on the hypoxemia of ARDS induced by oleic acid. 30 guinea-pigs were divided into 3 groups: normal saline group(NS) ,oleic acid control group (OA) ,Rhodiola rosea L treated group(TR), to observe the influence of Rhodiola rosea L on the change of pneumoangiogram permeability induced by oleic acid. 30 male guinea pigs were divided randomly into three groups: NS group,TR group and OA group, to determine the changes of parameters of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). RESULTS Compared with BTR group, BOA group's PaO2 content significantly decreased(P〈0. 01 ). Proximal bronchus's content of Evans blue had significant difference between OA group and NS group(P〈0. 05), OA group and TR group(P〈0. 01); distal bronchus's content of Evans blue has significant difference between OA group and NS group(P〈0. 05), OA group and TR group(P〈0. 05). The parameters of MDA, OA group was significantly higher than NS group and TR group(P〈0. 01), TR group was higher than NS group; while the parameters of SOD, NS group was significantly higher than OA group, and TR group was higher than OA group. CONCLUSION Rhodiola rosea L can prevent oleic acid-induced ARDS, and the mechanism of its action is probably due to the antioxidation of. Rhodiola rosea L..
