LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench)作为图形化编程语言,被广泛应用在各个领域,特别是数据采集与测量方面。这是因为LabVIEW支持多种仪器与数采硬件的驱动,开发功能高效、通用,集数据采集、数据分析与数据显示于一身。TPG25xA包括TPG251A与TPG252A,它们都是小型量规的真空测量与控制单元,只不过前者是单通道的,后者是双通道的。通过串口RS232C,TPG251A/TPG252A能被计算机或终端控制,也能与计算机进行通信,传递测量数据与命令。基于LabVIEW软件开发平台,通过PC与TPG25xA的串口通信,实现了一种压强测量系统。此系统与超真空系统连接使用,它能够在线显示压强-时间曲线、存储压强数据、计算其最大值、最小值与平均值,提供友好的人机交互界面。
LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) as a special graphical programming language for data acquisition and measurement has been widely applied in many fields, because it supports the drivabilities of a variety of instruments and data acquisition cards, thus integrating the functoons of data acquisition, analysis and visualization into one for efficient and versatile R&D, monitoring and analyzing vibration signals. TPG25xA as a vacuum measuring and control element for light capacitance gauges includes TPG251A and TPG252A, where TPG251A is of single-channel while TPG252A of dual-channel. With the RS232C interface used to operate and control the TPG251A/TPG252A via computer or terminal, the communication between TPG251A/TPG252A and computer is available to transmit measured data and commands. A pressure measurement system is thus developed on the LabVIEW software platform through the serial communication between PC and TPG25xA. Connecting the system with an ultra vacuum system can provide a user-friendly man-machine interface by which the on-line display of time-dependent pressure, storage of acquired pressure data and computation of maximum, minimum and average values are all available.
