行波管高频结构及衰减的模拟

摘要 本文主要围绕利用3D电磁仿真软件CST(微波工作室)来模拟行波管的高频结构和吸收衰减。本文给出了耦合腔行波管的色散特性计算方法,还给出了前加工及优化后的行波管的色散曲线和驻波比。验算结果表明,前加工的行波管高频结构和吸收衰减存在一些问题。优化后,通频带性能变好,通带变宽,带内波动变小,驻波比变小。 The 3-D simulation software CST-MWS (control system test/microwave station) was used to simulate the high- frequency structure of TWT (travelling wave tube) and its attenuation, thus resulting in the method to calculate the chromatic dispersion characteristics of TWT of coupled resonator, as well as the dispersion curve and SWR (standing wave ratio) of the TWT preprocessed or optimized. As a result of optimization, the performance of passband is better with widened band, less inband fluctuation and lower SWR.
