摘要 根据远洋船舶蔬果保鲜的现状和问题,提出作者的一些对策如采用复合气调保鲜技术等建议。 According to the status quo and problems found in fresh-keeping of vegetable/fruit during ocean shipping, some measures are suggested to take, such as compound MA fresh-keeping technology.
