摘要
文章首先简单介绍了现有炼镁方法的状况,指出了现有炼镁方法存在的一些问题,认为真空碳热还原氧化镁制取金属镁的研究具有十分重要的意义。随后文章从热力学和动力学两个方面分析了真空碳热还原氧化镁的反应机理。文章在重点介绍国内外真空碳热还原氧化镁制取金属镁的研究历程和最新研究进展后,明确了今后对该方法制取金属镁需要重点解决的难题。文章最后对真空碳热还原氧化镁制取金属镁的特点进行了总结,并对该方法制取金属镁做了展望。
Discusses some problems of existing magnesium melting processes. It is found that the investigation on the preparation of magnesium by carbothermic reduction of magnesia is of significance, and the reaction mechanism in such a preparation is analyzed thermodynamically and kinetically. Describing the domestic and foreign developments of the preparation process historically and latest progress, the key problems to be solved in the process are ascertained. The characteristcs of the process are summarized with an outlook given for it.
