起爆药XGQ的性能及应用探讨

新合成一种单质起爆药XGQ,通过对其各项物理化学性质和爆炸性能的测试,与现行几种主要起爆药剂相关性能的对比分析,以及在火工品中的应用试验表明,XGQ起爆药性能比较全面,对火焰和针刺敏感,起爆能力好,爆热和爆速高,比容大,流散性好,耐压性和成型性好,静电感度低,耐热性好,与炸药及金属相容性好,并且无毒,不致突变,粒度大小可按不同使用技术要求由合成工艺条件控制。对水稳定,不吸湿,并且在水中拒爆,湿品对火焰机械撞击不敏感,这为生产、储存、运输安全创造了极为有利的条件。

A new homogeneous primary explosive XGQ is synthesized. Through each test of its physical and chemistry appearance and explosion property, and contrastive analysis on relative property of some current main initi- ation explosive, and application test in initiation material, all of those shows that the property of primary explosive XGQ is better and good sensibility to flame and pinprick, good initiation ability, high explosion heat and detonation velocity, good pressure-proof and molding, low static sensibility, good heat resistance, good compatibility to explosives and metallic material, and no toxicity ,not leading to mutation, and the granularity size can be controlled by the syn- thesis techniques based on different request. Furthermore, it is steady to water, not moisture absorption and misfire in water, and moist product isn＇t sensitive to flame and hitting, all of those provides good condition for manufacture, stor- age and transportation.
