包钢高炉炉前技术进步

摘要 包钢高炉炉前在各项新技术应用,设备、工艺改造和革新的过程中,高炉炉前工艺技术得到了快速的发展和进步,多项新技术和新工艺得以应用和推广,适应和满足了高炉强化冶炼的生产需求,高炉有效容积利用系数从0.639 t/(m3.d)提高到2.2 t/(m3.d),高炉年产制钢生铁达到了1 000万t的能力,用坚实的足迹证实了包钢高炉冶炼史的进步与发展。 With the application of many new techniques, reform and renovation of equipment and methodology on stokehold of blast furnace of Baotou Steel, the process technology has been developed quickly. Much new technology can apply and extend so as to adapt and meet the production requirements of blast furnace strengthening smelting. Today, the u- tilization coefficient of effective volume for blast furnace has increased from 0.639 t/( m3 ·d) to 2.21./( m3·d) , and the capacity of annual production of pig iron for steelmaking has achieved ten million tons, which demonstrate the progress and development of smelting history for blast furnace of Baotou Steel.
