摘要
文章介绍了碱金属在高炉中的行为机理、对于高炉的影响,着重分析了包钢高炉入炉碱负荷、排碱率等情况。文章探讨了高炉缓解碱害的应对方法。
This paper introduces the behavior mechanism of alkali metal in blast furnace and its influences to blast furnace. Especially,it analyses the alkali load and removal rate of alkali in blast furnace of Baotou Steel. Finally, the solutions of relieving the harm of alkali are discussed.
