摘要
文章主要分析了风机振动机理及风机常见故障的诊断。运用时域分析、频谱分析和轴心轨迹分析等方法对风机振动进行分析,得出风机振动的原因是转子不平衡,风机转子不平衡故障分为转子质量偏心和转子部件缺损2种情况,其故障机理是相同的。对转子不平衡进行了受力分析,计算了转子不平衡量产生的力、力矩、力偶等,得出了转子平衡的条件。
The paper mainly analyses the vibration principle, and the diagnosis of usual fault of blower. With the methods of time domain analysis, frequency analysis and shaft orbit analysis etc. , we obtain that the reason for vibration of blower is unbalance of rotor, which involving rotor eccentricity and defect of rotor components, and the failure mechanism for which is the same. The conditions of rotor balancing are obtained with the force analysis on unbalance of rotor, and the calculation of force, moment of force, and force couple produced by unbalance of rotor.
