文章就包钢炼铁厂绩效评价体系构建的背景、理论依据和管理工具进行了阐述,并介绍包钢炼铁厂员工评价体系、科职人员评价体系、车间(部门)评价体系的评价内容、评价标准、考核方法和考核结果的应用。总结了包钢炼铁厂绩效评价体系管理效果。
This article states the background, theoretical basis, and management tools of performance tolerance system in Iron- making Plant of Baotou Steel. It also introduces the evaluation content, evaluation criteria, assessment methods, and applications of assessment results for the evaluation system of staff, section chief, and departrment. At last, it summarizes the management effects of performance tolerancb system.
