芳烃抽提工艺技术探讨

阐述了国内外芳烃抽提技术的发展现状,着重对抽提技术及抽提蒸馏技术的3种工艺流程进行了对比,结果表明,抽提蒸馏以其投资小、耗能低、收率高等优点成为国内芳烃生产的主要工艺技术,是重整汽油脱苯生产苯产品和无苯清洁汽油的理想工艺,可在同类装置新建或扩建改造中推广应用。

This paper expounded the development status quo of aromatic extraction technologies at home and abroad, and made technical comparisons among liquid-liquid extraction and 3 process flows of extractive distillation. The result shows, the extractive distillation, with its advantages such as low investment, low energy consumption and high yield, has become the major technology for aromatic production in China, is an ideal process for the production of benzene product and benzene-free clean gasoline by removing benzene from reformed gasoline, and can be promoted for application in similar plants to be built or to be revamped.
