鞍座布置对卧式容器筒体应力的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对鞍座位置(简称A值)的变化对双鞍座卧式容器筒体轴向应力、切向剪应力和周向应力的影响进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:应尽量使A≤1/2Ra,最大不宜大于0.2L。当调整A值无法满足要求时,可以通过增设垫板、增加鞍座包角或增设加强圈的方法来满足设计要求。 Analysis and discussion was made on the influence of saddle position change on the axial stress, shearing stress and circumferential stress of the cylinder of double-saddle horizontal vessel. The result shows, The best should be tried to make A≤1/ 2Ra, with 0.2L as the maximum. When the adjustment of value A not meet the requirement, the addition of tie plate, saddle and reinforcing ring can help meet the design requirement.
