摘要
用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对转化炉下集气管的导淋管的微观组织、断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:导淋管鼓胀破裂非蠕变损伤所致,而是超温运行所致,超温是导淋管阀门泄漏引起的。应用HP50Nb高性能材质后使问题得以解决。
The optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the microstructure and fracture mode of the bulging-fractured drain tubes of the lower manifold of the converter. The result shows, the bulging fracture of the drain tubes was caused by over-temperature operation, not by creep damage, and the over temperature was caused by the leakage of drain tube valves. The problem can be solved by using high performance material HP50Nb.
