通过对英格索兰离心空压机的运行工况进行分析,确定了并网运行的优化控制方案,使得压缩机在其性能曲线的工作区运行,达到了设备的最佳工况,获得最大送出空气量,最低的能耗,取得了可观的节能效益。
Through analysis on the operating condition of Ingersoll-Rand centrifugal air compressors, the optimized control method for parallel operation was determined, which made the compressors operate in the working quarter of their performance curve, achieve their optimal operating condition, realize the highest air delivery and the lowest energy consumption, and obtain significant energy conservation benefit.
