摘要
干气密封系统具有普通密封结构所不具备的优势,目前我国乙烯装置大型机组所用的密封均为干气密封。文中以过程仿真模拟系统(PSSP)为平台,开发了干气密封仿真实训系统,实现了干气密封系统的全过程模拟,为在岗操作人员的实际演练和模拟事故处理提供了保障。
Dry gas sealing system has advantages which are not possessed by normal seal structure. At present, all the seals used in large machines of ethylene plants in China are dry gas seals. In this paper, the process system simulation Platform (PSSP) is used as platform, the dry gas seal simulation training system is developed, overall process simulation of dry gas sealing system is realized, and safeguard is provided for actual drilling of operators.
