湿加松不同家系幼林生长变异及选择 被引量:2

摘要 通过对福建省上杭白砂国有林场引种的6年生湿加松(Pinus elliottii×P.caribaea)的生长性状进行遗传变异分析,结果表明:湿加松生长性状的遗传变异有较大的差异,其中保存率的家系遗传力0.93,变异系数高达174.24%;而胸径和树高的家系遗传力分别为0.82和0.69,遗传变异系数分别为11.50%和2.82%。对39个家系进行聚类分析,从中选择出15个速生家系,其树高的遗传增益均值为9.1%,胸径的遗传增益均值为16.6%。运用K快速聚类法选出的95株优良单株中,有59株是属于优良家系中的极速生单株,其树高遗传增益为55.70%,胸径遗传增益为50.90%。 In this paper, growth traits of 6-year-old Pinus elliottii × P. caribaea introduced from the Shanghang Baisha State- Owned Forestry Centre was analyzed by genetic variance method. The family heritability of conservation rate was 0.93, the coefficient of variability attained 174.24%, the heritability of DHB and tree height were 0.82 and 0.69 separately, and the coefficient of heredity variability were 11.5 % and 2.82 % respectively. 39 families were classified by clustering method, and 15 superior families were selected. And, their genetic gain average value of tree height was 9.1%, that of DHB was 16.6 %. 95 fine single trees were selected by K rapid cluster method, among which 59 trees belonged to extremely fast growing single of fine families, its tree height heredity gain was 55.70 %, DBH heredity gain was 50.90 %.
