不同预处理对2种山龙眼科种子出苗率的影响

Effects of Different Pretreatments on Seeds Germination of 2 Proteaceae Seeds

采用播种前对种子进行不同浸种处理和低温恒温层积处理的方法,研究不同预处理对美极山龙眼(Protea eximia)、大叶山龙眼(Protea magnifica)出苗率的影响。结果表明,播种前对美极山龙眼种子采用4 g.L-1的烟丝水浸种24 h效果最好,能够提高种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数;大叶山龙眼种子以低温恒温层积处理效果最佳,10 d后就有种子开始萌发,45 d后种子萌发率能达到92%,极显著高于对照。

2 different pretreatments on the seeds germination rates of Protea. eximia and P. magnifica were studied with immersing seeds treatment and putting seeds with cold and constant temperatures lamination treatments before sowing. The results showed that using 4 g. L^-1 of tobacco water to immerse seeds for 24 h before sowing could evidently increase the germination rate, germination potential and germination exponent of P. eximia. The best germination method was putting P. magnifica seeds with cold and constant temperatures treatments. 10 days later, some seed began to germinate. After 45 days, germination rate increased up to 92 %, evidently higher than the compare.
