辽宁客车制造业竞争力提升战略研究——以丹东黄海汽车为例 被引量:2

摘要 提高黄海汽车的竞争力,带动辽宁客车制造产业的发展,在金融危机的背景下,对于"促就业,保增长"具有特殊的意义。分析影响黄海汽车竞争力提升的障碍因素,发现黄海汽车面临着产品结构升级落后于行业的先进企业、开拓出口市场步伐缓慢、母公司战略方向转向多元化后续研发投入不足等问题。据此提出利用国家对新能源汽车开发的支持政策,大力开发新能源汽车、积极参与试点城市新能源客车的采购竞标,积极开拓海外市场、适时进行战略调整的对策。 Against the background of economic crisis, it is of great significance to improve the competitive power of Huanghai bus, which can drive the development of coach bus manufacturing industry in Liaoning. It has a special meaning for "promoting employment and maintaining economic increase". This paper analyzed the obstructive factors influencing the competitive power's improvement of Huanghai bus. Research finds that Huanghai bus are faced with many problems including product upgrading lagging behind other advanced companies, slow step in exploring exporting market, investment shortage in post research about the parent company's strategic transfer to diversification. This paper puts forward the idea that with the support of government's policy in designing bus with new fuel, Huanghai Company should commit to designing new bus, take part in the biding of new bus in pioneer city, explore overseas market, adjust strategy in time. Finally, some conclusions and enlightenments are given.
