摘要
虽然资源型城市初步建立了养老保险体系,但养老保险统筹基金萎缩,个人账户空帐问题严重,统筹层次过低等问题仍然突出。资源型城市要进一步扩大养老保险的覆盖范围,实行养老保险的统帐分征,提高养老保险的统筹层次,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。
Although endowment insurance system is constructed in resource cities, pooling fund still shrinks, personal empty account is serious and the level of the pool is also low. So resource cities should greatly expand the coverage, collect the pooling fund and personal account separately, heighten the level of endowment insurance, and construct socialist harmonious society.
