摘要
利用两种主要不同脱壳部件的花生脱壳机进行了试验研究,分析了脱壳时破碎率、生产率与脱壳间隙与滚筒转速之间的关系,并提出不同目标参数下工作参数的优化配合。
Two kinds of hulling parts of panut huller were tested in accordance with the problems in peanut hulling.The results should that hulling performance was affceted by hulling parts. Relationships between productivity, breakage and hulling interval, cylinder speed were analysed.On the results of those,optimum coordination of working parameters under different target parameters were established,which were 1) to reduce the percentage of breakage the large interval and low cylinder speed must be adopted.2) to increase productivity the small interval and high cylinder speed were selected.The phenomena performed in the experiment were also explained.
