摘要
高纯度的Lp(a)对于Lp(a)测定的标准化及生物学研究都是迫切需要的。本研究以连续的亲和层析、凝胶过滤层析、离子交换层析取代超速离心,建立了1种新的分离纯化Lp(a)的方法。结果表明:用该方法可以批量纯化Lp(a)。
Highly purified Lp (a) is required for standardization of measurement of Lp(a) and for biological research. In this study, a novel method,instead of ultracentrifugation, was established to separate and purify Lp(a) by sequential uses of affinity, size -exclusion and ion - exchange chromatography. The results indicated that Lp(a) was produced in large - scale using this method.
