水分胁迫对山杏渗透调节物质积累及保护酶活性的影响 被引量:25

摘要 以盆栽3年生山杏树为试材,采用控制土壤相对含水量的方法,通过水分胁迫下山杏叶片渗透调节物质积累及保护酶活性的研究,旨在探明山杏抗旱生理机理。结果表明:在不同水分胁迫的处理下,随着水分胁迫时间的延长,山杏叶片组织相对含水量降低,可溶性糖(SSC)含量,先升后降,脯氨酸(Pro)含量逐渐升高,而可溶性蛋白(SPC)含量则呈现持续下降的趋势。保护酶活性中,SOD、CAT和APX活性的变化趋势一致,即先增加而后降低;POD活性变化滞后,第1周略有下降,之后上升,与其它保护酶一样表现为先升后降。 In order to ascertain the Armeniaca Sibirica drought - resistance physilology mechanism,the experiment on osmotic adjustment substance accumulation and protective enzyme activity of leaves on different soil water steress was conducted, in pet cuhiuatoon with 3 - by controlly soil RWC Armeniaca Sibirica. The results showed that: under different degree of water stress, along with the time of water stress, the RWC decreased ; the soluble sugar content showed increasing first and then decreasing. Proline content continued to increase ,whereas the soluble protein content continued to decrease. With protective enzyme activity , the change of SOD,CAT,APX activity was consistent,which continued to increase first and then decreased; the change of POD activity was delayed, which showed decreasing a little in the first week and then increasing, the same as other protective enzyme which showed increasing first and then decreasing.
