Using Grassland Agricultural Systems to Ensure the Food Security

我国可以多途径实现国家粮食安全:通过农业系统的转型,建立并完善可持续发展的草地农业系统;改革管理体制,为农业系统可持续发展提供制度保障;培育草地农业系统新的经济增长点;进一步挖掘草地农业系统的科技开发潜力,提高生态生产力。建议增大对草原的投入,形成以草地农业系统为基础的粮食安全体系。

There are many ways to achieve the national food security in China.establishing and improving sustainable grassland agriculture system by transformation of the agricultural system;ensuring development of agricultural systems by innovation of management system; cultivating new economical growth points of agricultural system; enhancing ecosystem productivity by further exploring the potentiality of ag- ro-system. To increase investment in grassland and to form the food security system which is based on grassland agriculture systems were suggested.
