Fullfilling the Scientific Development Outlook for the Best Development of Grassland——Understanding of Learning Qian Xuesen's Theory of Knowledge Intensive Grass Industry

著名科学家钱学森院士的草产业理论是做好草产业大文章、践行科学发展观的指导性理论。特点是最有效多层次、多环节地转化太阳能;以系统工程的眼光,变生物循环链为产业增值链;靠科学技术变沙化草场为绿色家园。技术路线是"多采光,少用水,新技术,高效益"。目标是人和自然双赢,促进"四过转化",富民强边,"绿起来""富起来"结合。

The Qian Xuesen＇s theory of grass industry is the guiding theory to fullfill the scientific development outlook for the best develepment of grassland. The theory are to transform solar energy in multilevels and many links efficiently; in view of systematic engineering, organism circle chain should be transformed into industry increment value chain; desertified grassland should be transformed into green homeland by means of science and technology. Tech- nical route is ＂more lighting, less water used, new technology and high benefit＂. The aim is both human and nature to win, to promote transformation via light, stomach, machine and market, to make people rich, to reinforce frontier defence and greening combined with wealth.
