内生真菌对小花棘豆种子抗渗透胁迫能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以含有内生真菌的小花棘豆种子为材料,采用剥除种皮的方式构建内生真菌未感染的小花棘豆种群,通过比较内生真菌感染和内生真菌未感染种群在正常条件下(对照)和渗透胁迫条件下种子发芽、幼苗生长等方面的差异,探讨内生真菌对其宿主植物的直接和间接影响。结果表明:内生真菌对种子发芽率无显著影响;内生真菌可促进小花棘豆幼苗的生长。 Seed coat was removed to obtain endophyte-infection (EI) population and endophyte-free (EF) population of Oxytropis glabra. The differences in seed germination, seedling growth between the EI and EF populations under normal conditions (control) and osmotic stress conditions were compared to discuss direct and indirect effects of endophyte on host plants. The results showed that endophyte had no significant effect on seed germination rate, endophyte promoted the growth of seedlings of Oxytropis glabra.
