人外周血钟基因表达研究进展
Advances in biological clock genes in human peripheral blood
摘要
生物钟基因普遍存在于生物界，包括人类。其作用在于产生和控制昼夜节律的运转。除下丘脑视交叉上核中枢钟外，人类外周血细胞中也存在各种生物钟成分，同样以转录翻译反馈环路的形式与下丘脑视交叉上核构成一套完整的振荡系统与环境周期保持同步。但其钟基因表达和调控有其自身特点。该文主要介绍了人类外周血中钟基因的组成和生理及病理情况下其调控机制以及研究意义及展望。
