卡介苗对哮喘患儿细胞免疫调节的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 卡介苗使树突细胞正调节CD40、CD80、Ⅱ类分子等表面分子的表达,并使活化的T细胞分泌γ干扰素;使辅助T细胞Th1产生增多而Th2分泌减少,诱导Th1型免疫反应,抑制Tn2型免疫应答,纠正Th1/Th2的失衡;显著抑制瑚细胞活性,使γ干扰素增高,而白细胞介素-4下降;能上调CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表面Toll样受体表达,促进其增殖,发挥其调抑功能;促使T细胞活化抑制和凋亡,发挥负向免疫调节作用;抑制GATA-3表达,减少Th2型细胞因子生成;抑制哮喘状态下巨噬细胞集落刺激因子的表达,调节气道巨噬细胞的功能,促使巨噬细胞产生的Th1类细胞因子增多,提高Th1免疫应答,纠正Th1/Ih2的失衡。卡介苗可以通过多种机制干预哮喘的发病,为哮喘的治疗提供新的思路。
