The reflective teaching plays an important role on improving teaching ability and teaching expertise development,such as the classroom teaching level,problem solving ability and classroom teaching effect of primary and middle school teachers. The analysis on teachers＂ teaching ability development and its promotion home and abroad has shown that reflective teaching has become one of important measures for teachers＂ teaching ability development and its promotion, and has been applied into classroom teaching of each subject, which has played an important role on improving teachers＂ teaching ability,teachers training and advancing teaching effect of teachers.
