摘要
梳理近年来英美教育管理权威期刊有关教育领导的研究文献可以发现,英美两国教育领导研究呈现出多元化视角并在多元中回归核心的特点,即主题都提倡教育领导应关注、审视自身的道德、价值观、教育理念,回到教育目的、教育本质等本真的问题上来。与之相比较,我国教育领导的研究与实践,则既应强调教育领导的道德、价值观,也应注重教育领导的专业化、科学化发展,二者缺一不可。
The literature review on the studies of Educational Leadership in the UK and U.S.A in recent years found that these studies emphasize the core of Educational Leadership by multiple perspectives. These studies focus on the moral,value and educational belief of leaders,as well as the goal and essence of education. Compared with that, research and practice of educational leadership in China should highlight the moral and value of leaders while stress the professional development of educational leadership.
