摘要
根据智能电阻校准仪信号处理系统的技术要求,选用20位Σ—Δ型AD7703模数转换器,与ICL7650精密运算放大器组成信号处理系统,完成智能电阻校准仪的硬件设计。通过软件实现对智能电阻校准仪的系统校准。经过对信号处理系统误差引入的不确定度的分析和评定,为AD7703组成的智能电阻校准仪应用提供了科学合理的依据。
According to the technical requirements of the intelligent resistance calibrator, the signal processing system consists of a selected 20-bit sigma delta converter AD7703 and a precision calculation amplifier ICL7650. The AD7703 system is normally calibrated by the software. In accordance with the analysis and assessment of uncertainty of the error, which comes from signal processing system, a scientific and rational basis for application of signal processing system with AD7703 is provided in this paper.
