Overweight Cigarette Rejection in PASSIM70 Filter Cigarette Maker

PASSIM70卷接机组生产过程中存在一定比例的超重烟支,但原机重量控制系统只能对烟支平均重量进行控制,无法剔除超重烟支。为此,增加一块采样接口电路板,从原机获取烟支密度信号和ERP同步信号,计算烟支重量并与设定值进行比较,对超重烟支发出剔除信号,利用接装机部分的空头烟支剔除装置剔除超重烟支。试验表明,PASSIM70卷接机组连续生产5min,可检测和剔除的超重0.07g的烟支比例为0.73‰。

PASSIM70 filter cigarette maker controls the average weight of cigarettes, but does not reject overweight cigarettes. A sampling interface circuit board was added, which received cigarette density signals and ERP synchronous signals, calculated individual cigarette weight and compared with the set value, and released a ＂rejection＂ signal as soon as an overweight cigarette was detected. The overweight cigarette was rejected by the same device responsible for loose-end cigarette rejecting. The experiment result showed that： the ratio of rejected cigarette, which was heavier than the set value by 0.07g, was 0.73‰ in 5 minutes; it indicated that overweight cigarette rejection is beneficial to the consistency of product quality.
