摘要
目的探讨B-myb、ER及Ki-67在早期乳腺癌组织中蛋白表达及其相互关系。方法用免疫组化二步法检测76例早期乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中B-myb、ER及Ki-67的蛋白表达,并进行统计学分析。结果B-myb、ER、Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为38.16%、43.42%、42.11%。B-myb蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理类型、患者的年龄无关(P>0.05),与ER、Ki-67的蛋白表达呈正相关(r=10.831、r=4.209,P<0.05)。单因素分析和多因素分析结果均显示B-myb与预后无关。结论B-myb蛋白表达与早期乳腺癌患者的预后无关;与ER、Ki-67蛋白表达有关,提示B-myb在早期乳腺癌内分泌治疗、化疗的敏感性或疗效预测方面可能有一定应用价值。
Objective To observe the protein expression and significance of B-myb,ER and Ki-67 in early breast cancer (EBC) and their relationships. Methods The protein expressions of B-myb, ER and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissue of 76 patients of EBC were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method and statistically analysis. Results The positive rates of protein expression of B-myb, ER and Ki-67 were 38.16% ,43.42% and 42.11% ,respectively. No correlation was found between B-myb protein expression and pathological types,age of patients ,but correlated positively with ER and Ki-67. Neither univariate analysis nor multivariate analysis showed B-myb was correlated with prognosis of the patients with EBC. Conclusion The protein expression of B-myb in EBC is not related with prognosis of patients, but correlated to ER, Ki-67, which implicates B-myb may play a role endocrine therapy of EBC ,chemotherapy sensitivity and efficacy prediction.
