摘要
随着国际金融危机的冲击和影响加深,人民币国际化的呼声日益高涨。但人民币的完全自由兑换和国际化并非短期内就可实现的,需要具备相应的条件,否则对中国经济金融的稳定发展会带来不利影响。推进人民币的"国际可接受性",提高非居民对人民币的普遍接受范围和程度,可体现中国在人民币国际化进程中的主动性、可控性和渐进性,为人民币的完全可兑换和国际化赢得更多的时间和空间,而且可避免承担过多的国际社会责任,减少制度变迁的成本。
With the deepening of the impact and influence of the international financial crisis, the voice of the internationalization of RMB is becoming louder and louder. However, the fully free convertibility and internationalization of RMB cannot be realized in a short time. Without the corresponding conditions, it will have a bad effect on the stable development of China＇s economy and finance. To promote the international acceptability of RMB and to expand the range and extent of non-residents＇ general acceptability can reveal the initiative, controllability and progressiveness of China in the process of RMB internationalization, which can win more time and space for the fully convertibility and internationalization of RMB. It also can avoid bearing too many social responsibilities for the international community and reduce the cost of the institutional changes.
