摘要
通过运用正交试验和XRD等方法,研究了改性石灰粘土固化剂的最佳配比及各种外加剂的增强机理,试验表明:对于最佳含水量的土壤,改性石灰粘土固化剂的最佳配比为:生石灰84%,石膏3%,硫酸钠5%,硫酸铝8%。用它固化的土壤州抗压强度比同一条件下用生石灰固化的土壤提高56.9%。外加剂的作用机理在于使稳定土早期形成较多的钙矾石。
In this paper the soil stabilizer manufactured from modified lime is studied by means ofthe mathematics method and XRD analysis. The results show that the soil stabilizer with 84%(wt.) quicklime,3% gypsum,5% sodium sulphate and 8% aluminum sulphate is the best one forthe soil with the optimum water content. The 7-day compressive strength of soil stabilized with themodified lime stabilizer is 56. 9% higher than that with only quicklime- The effect of the admixtureis to produce more Aft(3CaO. Al2O3 3CaSO4. 32H2O) in the soil stabilized in the early period.
