The Difficulties and Solutions of Kaiyuan Broadcast Television Information Transmission Network

广电网络从原来的事业管理转变为企业管理,转变过程中的体制、机制问题需要不断地完善,在此过程中不可避免地产生许多问题,影响这类新兴企业的生存和发展。通过一个基层广电网络机构在经历整合、改制后两年多来的实践,思考、分析基层广电网络现阶段面临或可能面临的困难局面及其内、外部因素,探讨基层广电网络走出困境的对策。

Broadcast Television Information Network has changed from government management to enterprise administration.The system and mechanism are going to be completed.And other problems will occur inevitably to effect the survival and development of the new kind enterprises.Based on the practice of two-year integration and system reform in a basic Broadcast Television Information Network Institution,this paper analyzed the difficulties and internal ＆ external factors of a basic Broadcast Television Information Network,as well as the countermeasures.
